Account Verification

Third-Party Payments

You may only deposit from a payment account registered in your own name. Depositing from a third party's account or withdrawing to a third party's account is strictly prohibited and may result in account closure.

Welcome Bonus

New users at tk399 will receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000.

• Example: ৳1,000 deposit → ৳1,200 bonus → total ৳2,200
• Example: ৳10,000 deposit → ৳5,000 bonus → total ৳15,000

Wagering Requirement

A 20x wagering requirement applies to the welcome bonus — this wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the total balance.

• Example: ৳1,200 bonus × 20 = ৳24,000 must be wagered before withdrawing any bonus winnings

Winnings earned from the bonus cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement is met. tk399 reserves the right to restrict bonus use on certain games.

Bonus Abuse

If tk399 believes that a user is systematically using multiple accounts to claim bonus benefits, using low-risk betting strategies, or abusing bonuses in any other way, tk399 may cancel the bonuses and close the account.

Fair Play Policy

tk399 is committed to ensuring a fair and transparent gaming environment for all users. All games on our platform operate using recognised technology and are conducted in a manner that ensures fair play.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the tk399 platform:

Sports Betting Rules

• Diamond: up to 1.0% weekly cashback

VIP tiers increase through regular gaming activity. tk399 reserves the right to determine and adjust VIP tiers at its own discretion.

Cashback Terms

Weekly cashback is applied automatically and may be withdrawn subject to specific wagering requirements. tk399 reserves the right to cancel cashback if it is abused. VIP benefits are personal and non-transferable.

Self-Exclusion and Setting Limits

tk399 takes responsible gaming very seriously. Users can set their own deposit limits, loss limits, and gaming time limits. Temporary or permanent self-exclusion requests can be made if needed.

Protection of Minors
